The orphanage has always been a ministry close to our hearts.  It is always exciting to see some of the children we have gotten to know, as well as some new little faces. For the past five years, sharing the love of Christ with them has been a unique and special opportunity! 

This year, our team led a specially prepared Kids Club with the children, singing, playing and teaching from God's Word.  The session concluded with a very special gift for each child which were Quilts and Backpacks loving prepared by friends of our ministry.  While the backpacks were filled with a wide range of school supplies and other goodies, the Quilts were hand crafted by Mother-Daughter Quilts (check them out here - mother-daughters-quilts.blogspot.com).

How wonderful to see the children cuddling their quilts and digging through their backpacks with a look of excitement on their precious faces! We are sure God will use these special gifts to remind them of His love for them and His plan for their lives.
